How long does a custom order take to complete?

Unfinished and prefinished treads are normally completed within two weeks.  Stained and custom treads are completed within three weeks.

Can you match laminate or LVT flooring?

We can certainly match laminate or LVT flooring!  A sample of the flooring will need to be provided to ensure proper stain match and finish.

Can you match the finish of the stair treads to my wood floors exactly?

At New England Treads this is what we do!  We are committed to providing the closest custom match possible. There are wide variations in quality of wood, moisture content, milling techniques, finishing techniques, stain color, grain variation and other factors. There is often variation in the color of wood flooring. The best match results are achieved when a sample of the flooring is provided.

Can you make custom shaped treads?

Yes we can! Our production facility is able to manufacture almost any special shape or design of tread.  If you can draw it, we can built it!
